I work from home and I got these because my previous headsets either randomly disconnect from conference calls or the sound was so bad, I couldn't hear anything. The sound quality is way better with these and they don't disconnect. The reason I cannot give these a 5 though is that the battery life is disappointing. The headset, even when plugged in for hours, doesn't get up to a full 100 percent and the charge goes done quickly for a Bose. I would not be able to wear these for a full day's work. I can, as long as I turn them off between meetings, can make them last for a full week but total usage time is disappointing. I would say it is about the same battery life as a cheap set from Walmart (maybe 5-6 hours).
