They shipped a Dell 5300 and not the Dell 5285 I ordered. 5300 model is a laptop and 5285 is a tablet with detachable keyboard. I'm in need of a device ASAP and now this will cost me another 2 weeks or so (a week as it goes back to seller and another week for the replacement).
