Honestly, reading some reviews of others purchasing items on BackMarket left me fearful of my order. I bought a Dell Latitude 7490 in "fair" condition. It arrived today, and as I opened the box I was thoroughly surprised that this laptop looked almost new! Needless to say, I'm happy with my purchase, and will give credit where credit is due. When the laptop arrived it was in a better condition than I expected. I’ve had it for a little while now and there’s been little to no problems. If anything, the only problem would be that the laptop would randomly turn off. It only happened 2 or 3 times but it didn’t bother me too much.

First purchase off of Backmarket and I am impressed. Laptop is seemingly new and all the components run well on every platform I need them to. Definitely not the last purchase I make on Backmarket.
