The laplop is almost perfect. At first there was no audio fro m the speaker out put, then after driver update from Realtek the speaker output is as it should be but the sounf output to my extermal monitor is not loud enough to listen to, even when the volume is set to 100%

I can confirm from other comments that it can get a little hot while initially booting, and the fan runs hard when it does. But once it's set up, it's nice and cool, and I've had no complaints. It's speedy enough for what I need, not a single trace of malware after a total system scan, practically factory-new; Can't even tell it's a refurb.
