I highly recommended this laptop because it feels brand new, even though I got the excellent condition. When I first got this laptop, I used it for 20 minutes then I don’t know why the screen started to flashing black stuff. I was so scared. but, after another 20 minutes went by, the black flashing stuff never comes back. Then for today, I used the laptop the whole day and the black flashing stuff never comes back. The battery life was really good, and it never lags. You could never tell that this laptop was from 2019.

I absolutely love my dell! It runs very smoothly and it was in excellent condition! For those who are interested in getting this computer and feel like there’s not enough storage, fear or not! I separately purchased an additional 8 GB of RAM and installed it myself. Very easy and customizable. Lastly, if you like to play games like the Sims, this laptop runs it very well. I bought it specifically for this purpose and I’m very happy with my results.
