Terrible... I ordered four of the Dell Latitude 5400 computers and two are not working properly (more on that in a moment) and one was terribly scratched (although supposed to be "Excellent") The two problem computers: 1) One of the computers: the keyboard does not work well. Pressing keys does not register. If you push hard, the key stroke might register, but in the meantime you have typos, can't log in effectively, etc. 2) One other computer: that computer does not have a USA keyboard (I think maybe it's Italian?). The values above the numbers keys are not correct (think the @ sign being somewhere weird) and other important keys not being where they should be, e.g., the quote symbol is not where it should be; and enter keys strange. I had bought computers for an upcoming trip to donate them to a school in Kenya. I will still bring them and will probably cover about the keyboards (that don't work or are confusing) and buy USB keyboards to connect to the computers. But, it is ridiculous and terrible that these computers are being sold as "excellent" or even "good." If a keyboard does not work, the computer should be sold at all.
