to begin with, it was almost 5 days arriving past the day that it had been advertised to arrive. When it finally arrived, I opened it and turned it on, and it went to the set up page. When I exited out of that, it gave me an error message that something was wrong, and windows would not open. I returned it yesterday via UPS, but so far have not received any notification that it was mailed. I I have no way of knowing when we will receive a refund or who I should contact to find out about this. I didn’t realize when I bought from back market that I would be dealing with someone else. As you can see, I’m very disappointed with this whole experience and will find it difficult to recommend back market to a friend.
