Great overall value for the specs provided. Cons: - Noticed occasional high CPU temperature spikes, particularly during intensive processes such as major Windows updates. - Minor cosmetic imperfections, such as slight marks on the laptop lid, but nothing serious. - Screen has subtle white spots (likely minor pressure marks); they're not very noticeable during regular use, but worth mentioning. Important Note: High temperature spikes were significantly noticeable during heavy Windows updates (like the Windows 11 update). Thankfully, temperatures stabilized afterward. Overall Initial Verdict: Very pleased so far! Great specs and solid performance for a refurbished model. The heat management will require careful monitoring, but it's manageable. Performance of a laptop is perfect. But the speakers give a crackling sound, which is quite disturbing. Also, it seems that the stickers were used to hide the scratches. So, I think that the main difference between ‘excelent’ and ‘fair’ condition is using a sticker or not. Well, it was more than 70% cheaper than new. So, I am very happy with the product. About the website, it would be better if also put the information about charger.

Item arrived damaged. Is was listed as excellent. Screen was cracked. Case cracked as well as the keyboard. Seems as if it was dropped. Charging cord was 60W and when you turn on the computer it recommends using a 130w. It shocked my son when he turned it on.
