I had finally gotten use to my 1st note 10 plus 5g, but do to my not paying attention I dropped it off of my car while driving and damaged it beyond repair. So now on my 2nd note 10 plus 5g I'm not getting a clear signal when having conversations with people. Finally got around to opening up my new phone. It was listed as unlocked. However, when it boots up, it shows the AT&T logo and still has AT&T apps installed. ??
