The camera lens top glass was cracked but didn't affect picture quality and some scuffs on the front of the screen and back of the phone, screen protector and case cover the defects. on a "GOOD" condition phone. battery life is good and over all an acceptable condition phone for the price. The phone as buggy from day one. Evidently there is a hardware issue with camera on the Galaxy S20 ultra. The pics are very blurry and use my phone for work. I figured going with a " flagship " phone the photo quality would be great. On the back of the phone there is a bubble under the glass. It came that way.

Everything was great but am very upset that this was sold to us as a verizon phone and the video calling option that comes with verizon phones is not available with this. It looks like it ended up being an unlocked phone that was sent to us instead of strictly a verizon phone. I could be wrong but would love some help troubleshooting if anyone would care to help. I have not had this issue before with phones from here but this is only my 2nd phone to buy from here.
