I received my refurbished Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra and as reported by other users, you would certainly not know it wasn't brand new. I purchased a Good condition one and it exceeded my expectations. I was a little weary of trying a new company but I have to say I am very impressed with them. I had an issue with another product and they have been very receptive and timely. I would now say I will highly recommend this company to my family and friends. Thanks for your concern for the environment also. unbelievable! I am not saying this will happen to everyone, but I chose the poorest (least expensive) condition of the model I wanted and the phone literally looks brand new and works like new! I feel that I can get many years of life out of this phone! Such a shame people upgrade from a perfectly good phone like this just because new model comes out! This is a great, powerful phone and I am very thankful to have gotten it at an affordable price! Haven't activated as I am waiting for other pieces to areive to switch over from an s10. Gave it a once over to make sure before my much needed parts arrive. From the looks of it though, it is as flawless as it gets. Small details could justify the lower price for a refurbished/used product, but this reflects very highly...no buttons sticking, still reponsive, no apparent cracks on either side. no spots of drops on the corners. I would've paid more from other places for less than stellar refurboshed product. So far, I am VERY happy with ..will be ordering other things in the future.
