Galaxy S21 5G • Locked Verizon

I really like my phone. It is just like a brand-new phone. I have had it about a month now. I was waiting till I had it awhile to give a review. It was a good buy from Back Market. It came quickly. Like I said just like a new phone. It stays charged for me for 2 days before I even have to charge it. I had a S9 and it would not even make it through a day sometimes. I had it for over 2 years and bought it refurbished. So, if this one last as good as the last one I will be happy. It was a good buy.

Backmarket is great! Ordered for a gift. The only negative is that the phone was marked as excellent yet the screen had a lot a lot of scratches. Never had any issues or problems with a device purchase in the past so I was a little confused as to why this was marked as excellent.

Great experience, charger needs a different block than the universal and it didn't come with a block but other than that everything was great!

Overall I like the phone. But there is two annoying issues. 1. The Earpiece is messed up. When I watching content or just anything that uses the phones speakers, The Earpiece Crackles, It's frustrating because its even at half volume it crackles. 2. On the back of the phone there is Residue on the phone, It looks like the past owners case that cause it? I can't wipe it off at all. So kinda annoying but not that bad. The main issue is the Earpiece. I definitely think I shouldn't have been sent a phone with a faulty Earpiece. I like the phone its just annoying. Especially when I've brought products from BackMarket and they've been working perfectly fine with no problems. So its disappointing.

I was happily surprised at the condition of the phone. It really did/does look brand new. I was also concerned about the battery and it is great. Thank you Back Market!
