This was the first time I have purchased anything from Black Market. It will not be the last. The Galaxy Tab S7 that I received was in beautiful condition. The seller described it as being in excellent condition and that’s exactly what it was. Plugged it in, Transferred all the data from my previous Galaxy Tab S7 and everything went smooth. The battery is good. There was minimum aware on the device and I’ve had it working now for a couple of weeks with no problems at all. I’m very happy with my purchase and will most definitely be back!

I want to start by saying that I went out on faith with your company and ordered Galaxy tab S7 that I wasn't sure I needed cuz I have a gaming laptop and a Android cell phone but I wanted to find a device where I could read digital comics and have a little bit bigger screen to watch YouTube and be able to journal with a pen with all that being said it has exceeded my expectations and I saved money to boot I will be trading in my old devices with your company and buying other refurbished devices in the future!!!!

Everything is great with the device and I very much feel I got a great deal on it. There are just a few issues I’ve encountered but I doubt it’s anything you guys could have known about without daily using the device. The S pen doesn’t seem to connect to the tablet the way it should because I cannot set it up and there is a constant notification the top of the screen that says connect S pen to finish setting up the device. And when I try to update the system it powers down and when it powers back on it says update failed and to contact Samsung support which I’ll have to do about both issues but overall Backmarket is a great site.
