fast delivery, great price, 6 months and zero issues. my experience with refurbished products over 30 years can be best described as apocalyptic, with few enough notable exceptions I can count them on one hand. this is one of the exceptions. I've had a great experience with back market. 5/5

This was the 2nd Galaxy Tab S7 that I've purchased from Back Market. The devices and the experience on Back Market were both great!

Everything is great with the device and I very much feel I got a great deal on it. There are just a few issues I’ve encountered but I doubt it’s anything you guys could have known about without daily using the device. The S pen doesn’t seem to connect to the tablet the way it should because I cannot set it up and there is a constant notification the top of the screen that says connect S pen to finish setting up the device. And when I try to update the system it powers down and when it powers back on it says update failed and to contact Samsung support which I’ll have to do about both issues but overall Backmarket is a great site.

The tablet itself is great. It runs as smoothly as the day it was new, and the chassis had only a small amount of visible wear. Made a great gift for mum. Only concern was not being shipped in a box, but it's not the end of the world for some people.

Galaxy Tab S7 has all features I've been looking for and this tablet from BackMarket doesn't have any issues so far. I am really happy that I found the Backmarket store. Definitely, I will use this store again.

It's really looking like a brand new tablet. I've always shop at Back Market. I highly recommend getting products from them.
