A great purchase!!! Zero regrets as usual with Back Market! The pen nib came a bit damaged and made it tough to use the tablet, got a replacement on Amazon from the Starter store (their pen nibs are skinnier but work with Samsung, purchase that if you need a replacement). Like new except for the pen which had evidence of the previous owner struggling to try to unscrew it to charge (only the old models charge like this)

Fast shipping and great packaging! Appearance of tablet looks as expected. I don’t remember seeing anything about a pen being included in the description but since a pen was pictured I had hoped it would. Good news, it did come with a pen but bad news, the pen didn’t work. Kinda bummed about that since I now have to purchase one BUT I haven’t reached out to seller yet. Although I have to have a pen for what I’m using the tablet for it’s also not that big of a deal. The tablet itself seems great!

This was the 2nd Galaxy Tab S7 that I've purchased from Back Market. The devices and the experience on Back Market were both great!

Everything is great with the device and I very much feel I got a great deal on it. There are just a few issues I’ve encountered but I doubt it’s anything you guys could have known about without daily using the device. The S pen doesn’t seem to connect to the tablet the way it should because I cannot set it up and there is a constant notification the top of the screen that says connect S pen to finish setting up the device. And when I try to update the system it powers down and when it powers back on it says update failed and to contact Samsung support which I’ll have to do about both issues but overall Backmarket is a great site.

The tablet itself is great. It runs as smoothly as the day it was new, and the chassis had only a small amount of visible wear. Made a great gift for mum. Only concern was not being shipped in a box, but it's not the end of the world for some people.

This is my first tablet. I've used many others, but it's my first time owning one. After about 10 days of use, it's proven to be most useful for what I bought it for--reading. My intention was also to take notes using the sPen. I've been using the notes function in Adobe for many years (I take notes on pdfs of scientific articles), and I was hoping the Tab S7 would allow me to do that by hand. So far, it's been clunky. I may find a different way to take notes, or I may end up going back to my laptop, at least when I'm readying scientific articles. Setting that aside, this is my second purchase through BackMarket, and overall I'm very happy with the company. This is a great service!
