When I unpackaged the phone, it was literally I kid you not in mint condition no scratches, no marks, no nothing even though I put good as preferred phone quality. Works even astronomical as well no problems thus far honestly I am very happy with the purchase, but there was one issue with delivery, but was solved the next day. I am also a first time buyer from Back Market. I do recommend 100%.

The first phone I bought (via Back Market but a different sub-vendor) was great, but the phone had some damaged pixels and I opted to have the phone repaired/replaced. With the time it took for the repair/replace I should have just returned the phone and bought a new one. But through the process Back Market provided top notch customer service which is why I gave them a second chance and I was not disappointed. I purchased mint condition, and that's exactly what I received as promised. No scratches anywhere. Brand new mint condition. I was pleasantly surprised to see it had a screen protector already on it. And perfectly placed. Now the one I bought I'll save as a backup. The phone works great. I love the Pixel 4XL. The price I paid was very reasonable and comparable to other sites. The packaging was well done. It also came with a SIM pin, charger cord and wall plug. Other sites was just the phone. It was shipped in good timing also. all the headaches of transferring to a new phone; lost numbers, reinstalling and setting up apps, deleting and disabling samsungs bloatware, getting gmaps to work properly, but the phone itself seems to be working fine. I got some weird hassle with my trade in phone, they went data fishing holding out my trade in $ for personal information. this part was a total ripoff. no more trade ins with back market

Got this phone fir my son because he is at that age (13th birthday coming up) and he has shown a lot of responsibility to earn getting his 1st phone and let me tell you, this phone was really nice. I was thrown back by how nice the presentation was but the real test was the test of time and it's been a couple months and the phone is still going strong good battery life and no complaints here. I ordered the purple iphone mini 12 in good condition and let me tell you... The condition was GOOD! The phone came with NO scratches on the screen or on the back/sides of the phone. If there are any, there isn't anything you can really note just by looking at the phone. The phone came with 100% battery life as well! Which I was so surprised by. I am on week 2 of having my phone and it runs PERFECTLY! I could NOT be more happier with my purchase and this definitely won't be my last. This company has gained a lifelong customer :)
