There was an issue where the wrong charging cable was provided. It was easy contacting the seller, the seller was prompt to respond, and they quickly provided me with a resolution. Mild nicks on the side, and mild discoloration to the black screen mean very little. The device works quite well. However, after a couple months of use, it freezes on the home screen for about 8 seconds every time I wish to go there. What's more, the phone function of this phone ceased.
