Treated me very well. Was kept abreast of the delivery trail. Used excellent fedex. Came exactly on time. Was packaged well, even some extra cables, sim remover. I put the phone through all the paces, including options only advanced developers use. Works as if it was hot off the factory floor. Yes some cosmetic blemish, but I could care less about that. I will buy again

Pixel 4 XL camera stopped working and the battery swelled so bad it would shut off if it got lower than 85% returned and they denied my warranty because the back glass was broken and claimed the phone had been dropped like a dropped phone would cause the battery to swell and cause a camera to stop working with no visible damage to the camera. Also for everyone's reference they state on their site that the devices they sell are no longer waterproof, proof of incompetency in their sellers, so make sure you don't get it wet!
