Google Pixel 4 XL 64GB - Black - Locked AT&T

It's a good deal. And it's better for the planet. Industry produces the overwhelming majority of pollution, but you can still feel good about your individual decision to buy used because you may have de-incentivized a company from producing one new device this year! It's the little things. I ordered a Pixel 4XL in good condition. I paid about $210 for it, which was the lowest price I could find for a good condition Pixel 4XL. That being said, it did have larger scratches than what the "Good" condition is supposed to have. Nothing major. And it was $30 or so less than the other "good" condition Pixel 4XLs on the marketplace, so I think I still got a really good deal. It was easy to purchase, and I never needed to contact the vendor for anything. It was shipped with FedEx, which is always late to my address for some reason, but nobody can control that. The charger they supplied with it was a brand new one, but only 1A, so I ended up using my old phone's charger instead. I worry about battery life a lot, especially because you can't replace the batteries in phones now (at least not easily). The one I bought either had its battery replaced or I guess it might have been a floor model because the battery had less than 10 charge/discharge cycles. Either way, its basically a brand new battery with its full capacity, which is excellent! Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, and I'm glad that there is now a marketplace for quality refurbished devices for really good prices. The 1 year warranty is a great thing to have for peace of mind. I don't know what people's experiences are with actually making a warranty claim, but this phone is solid. I don't think I'll even need it.

Phone looked as if it had came straight from a service provider shelf and has worked flawlessly for nearly 5 months until a problem with the charging occurred (which after researching I found to be a common issue even in brand new phones like mine) so far the seller has been very helpful and I do not expect any issues to occur during the warranty return process based upon messages between myself and my the seller. Will update whenever return process is completed.

The phone came in very good condition the only issue I have with it at times is when I try pull up the menu from the main screen and the menu doesn't pop up. So now I have to place all the icons on the main screen. Other issue is when I'm on speaker phone no one can hear me. Other then that way better then what I had before.

Better than I expected for fair. The only missing was the transfer cable, but I had one. Great experience, fast shipping, professional reboxing and presentation. What more can I say? Get your phone from JemJem!
