Like many others, I was a little skeptical about buying a refurbished phone as I have always gotten new phones in the past. I ordered a mint condition Pixel 4 xl and it couldn't have looked any more brand new! Battery capacity is at a solid 90% of original as well. The downside that it doesn't come with original packaging/accessories is totally outweighed by the amount of money I saved as I was able to get every accessory I needed and more while keeping the total cost under the cost of a new phone alone. Also want to add that I was very pleased with the quick and helpful customer service of Buyback Boss. Would definitely recommend to others 10/10

Everything was perfect. I will say I have tried downloading third party apps and they keep crashing so I have to delve into it more but other than that my experience with this phone has been perfect.
