    Been very happy with this first purchase on back market. Arrived about 3 days earlier than the estimated delivery which was a nice surprise. Been using this refurbished phone (excellent condition) that released back in 2020 for about 2 weeks now and wow it's been in working fantastically. The battery works like it's new. All the buttons work as does the fingerprint scanner, no issues with the cameras. I have yet to find any issues and the 120hz motion smoothness is worth the sacrifice in resolution to keep it more in line with most current flagship phones. My only complaint is that there are minor superficial scratches on the screen from obvious prior use but are only noticeable when screen is off and actively looked for.

    the phone itself came in great condition and everything seems to work fine except for one thing. I'm not sure if it's anything to do with the age of the phone and the fact that it's refurbished or if it's just a problem with the model, but the antenna seems to be worse than my old Galaxy S10+. Places I used to have fine signal barely give me anything at all and I'm lucky if I can receive texts anywhere. Otherwise a great phone delivered on time. I always recommend Back Market

    The phone is in good condition all around.. couple little nicks. physically..can't complain..but the operating system is all Korean.. so that was a pain to deal with for a few days as to delete and change everything in the settings as you found it. also the talk to text is horrible compared to my last phone. very frustrating.

    Overall I'm very pleased. Shipping was fast and for the most part the phone works just as it should. My only problem is that the side keys stick and the palm swipe screenshot doesn't function. Other than that it's really good.

    This is the 4th time I've ordered through back market over the years, I've purchased two S10+, one Pixel 4xl, and now the S20 Ultra.... but I ordered a "Premium" device, and while it functions great, the fit & finish of the refurb are sub par. There was explosed glue around the back glass edges, the back glass isn't perfectly aligned, and you can feel a ridge where it seperates from the bezel, you cannot feel this on an original un-opened device. There's exposed adhesive around the camera lens bezel as well. Also, a single solitary scratch on the display screen. I probably wouldn't have ever said a word, but BackMarket asked me to review & share, so I am. I would give this a 3/5, mostly due to cost/advertising versus reality. I paid a premium price for a premium refurb, and I feel it's sub par. I feel like I was overcharged for a lesser quality device when it comes to fit and finish. TLDR: Don't buy "premium" as it's probably a rip off from a "good" or "excellent" quality rated device. You're not getting what you paid for.

    Phone looks good, no visible damages, battery health was 85% for a (excellent) choice. Works good, wish it was charged and it was a bit dirty in between the back and OLED. Cleaned it myself which I’m not fond of. The phone came with 0% charge. I recommend charging it to at least 50%+ and immediately power off after all check up. Overall not bad.
