I bought this phone for my husband for Christmas, so he's only been using it since Christmas day, but I think it's fantastic. We purchased a locked at&t phone so it works with our network for certain perks which are a must for us. We bought a "good" condition since excellent was out of stock and I think it is an excellent phone. I couldn't find any blemishes and it runs smoothly. I want to take a second to compare, I previously purchased a refurbished phone from Samsung and had to return, it didn't work. I bought it for $575 and it was a galaxy note 10! I spent $75 more through back market and got a phone that works that's a way newer model. We have zero complaints so far. I'll admit I was nervous as I didn't have luck with Samsung and I had never heard of this company before I searched phones on Google. To be honest I've recommended to multiple people since we got it. We won't purchase phones from our cell carrier anymore or from a different company in general. Shipping was fast, just 3 days, and communication the whole process was spot on. Very impressed and I'm not impressed easily.
