I ordered "good" quality and the phone looks brand new to me. It was delivered on time with adequate packaging. I am extremely satisfied with the phone. I immeditaly updated to Android 13 and have not had any problems with the Pixel 5.

I think I'm gonna love back market and continue to buy my phones from here and possibly more. I like the Google pixel I got it was in excellent condition the only issue I have is the battery only last about 2 hours which kind of makes me mad that they would give me a battery in that condition. only time will tell if this was a fluke or is common practice.

Product is in very good shape. Was described as excellent and I could see a small scratch when applying the screen protector, but only because I was tilting the phone to reflect light while scrutinizing cleanliness of the phones screen. Shipment was very fast, phone works like new, battery appears to be very good.

Everything as described. It was only rated as 'good' condition, but I can't see any flaws at all. Accepted my SIM without issues. Battery life seems great so far.
