I have bought two computers and they both have battery issues, and one has started to turn on and off by itself at random times, and it cannot stay on without the charging cable in it. The other computer works but even if it still had charge it would turn off as if it’s dead, but since it got it the charger for that computer has not worked at all, so I have been using one charger for both. Both computers still currently have no damages externally and internally but has had technical issues since it has arrived. These computer were for college and personal use so I was highly dependent on them but I am very disappointed in the quality system of the computers because it had made it difficult to get any assignment and work done without any issues. I have only utilized these computers for 2 about to be 3 months now and got it in very good condition at 256 gb, I currently feel scammed.

This product is NOT at excellent quality at all. There are so many visible scratches at the back cover and dent at the side. The performance however is okay. The battery itself dies out in approximately half hour of continuous using. If not because of its functionality, I would have asked for return & refund. Take CAUTION when purchasing EXCELLENT quality of this product.

The laptops I bought has dead batteries, when fully charged the laptop doesn’t stay on for more than an hour and has to be charged or plug into a source of power.
