The computer that I received does not operate without being plugged in. Battery will not go above 0% and shuts off immediately when unplugged. I reached out for help and did not receive a response within 24 hours. Besides the battery issue the computer has been running fine and works to run CAD software which is great. Hopefully this battery issue can be resolved and I can get one that functions properly asap.

laptop was well maintained , no scratches, touch was good. But i encountered hardware issues (maybe); when I was pressing any letter, it was typing 4 letters more. For example, "If I press C, the outcome will be CEE3.". Did the troubleshooting, etc., reset. No luck, and I returned the product back.
