iMac 27-inch Retina (2020) Core i7 3.8GHz - 512 GB SSD - 16GB

I thought I was receiving an Apple keyboard and mouse. Instead, I get a paired hybrid wireless keyboard and mouse. I am having issues with the keyboard because it keeps disconnecting. The printed instructions are unclear on how to solve this issue. The camera on my iMac is inoperative. I did not check whether the camera worked before upgrading from Sequoia to Tahoe. I have tried several solutions to get the camera to work, but it's almost like it doesn't exist and will not work with any applications. But the rest of the iMac works with no issues.

I was using a reliable 2011 iMac with a cracked screen because it was a long and happy love relationship. But it's 2025 and things change and it was time for an update. I couldn't be happier with this iMac. It was set up perfectly and, immediately, my files transferred over and it's like being on a permanent vacation. Old "cracky" is still in the closet but I'm embarking on a smooth and fun future with this computer. Thanks!

So far, so good. I received the iMac a week ago. It work very well, look like new. Following this positive experience, I shall get in a few month an Apple laptop for my wife with Back Market.

I love my computer. It is everything that I purchased and more. The price was just right. I even came with more memory that the description said!
