iPhone 11 Pro 64GB - Gold - Locked Verizon

I ordered a iPhone 11 Pro 256 gb and got a iPhone 11 Pro Max 65 gb . I loveeeee the phone .

when I revived my iPhone the box packaging didn’t come in good shape. also when I am on FaceTime my speaker acts up. my sound goes in and out and sound like ik under water from time to time while on the phone. which the app didn’t mention nothing about when I bought it.

Only issue is that the Apple OS warns that the physical screen is not an authorized Apple replacement. I didn't know Apple checked. Condition is exactly as described so happy there.

Returning the first phone was easy. I liked the first phone but there was a problem with the camera. I ordered a second phone and I hate it. Everything has a sickly green tint to it. The phone says that the screen was replaced. I’m not sure why that would make everything have a sickly color compared to my old iPhone 7 side-by-side looking at the same exact picture in the same exact settings the Picture on the new phone looks sickly. I bought this phone because of the camera. If everything’s going to have this odd green tint I don’t want it.

I received the iPhone in days. I had troubles setting it up. I couldn’t make calls. Once I got a new SIM card it was all good. Now I’m learning the tips on my phone. Wish it came with a manual.

I returned this and repurchased another of the same phone from the seller bc my first one was nearly perfect but the speaker was blown. They were super nice and accepted the first one back with no issues. They offered to swap once they received the first one but I didn’t want to wait so I chose just return this one and do a repurchase from the same seller to get my phone sooner. I let them know in a message and they were super responsive and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend this refurbisher.

The maximum battery level is only at 85, I would prefer the option to get a new battery put in. Very good though, great refurbished sute
