    I am happy with my purchase now. However my phone came without being restored to factory settings. There was no "hello" or prompts to set up my phone when I powered it on. Just a display page of all the apts on the phone. Being a very technical challenged person, it took five hours to finally try the reset and restore to factory settings. It worked and I was able to set up my refurbished Iphone 12. A little disappointed that there is only 79% of battery Maximum Capacity along with the message that my battery's health is significantly degraded.

    Just purchased this iPhone 12, 128 gb storage which is a big jump from my 8+ 64 gb which I also bought from Back Market almost 4 years ago! Thought I would miss the “ole” home button but got over it fast. Bought this one as “pristine” and was not disappointed, also checked the battery life which was at 98%! Very easy switch over from the old phone, no issues afterwards on the new 12. Miss the thumb print on the home button sometimes to sign in/on, but the facial recognition is working perfectly. Got a fair trade in deal, got the old off to the refurbisher . If the 12 is anywhere near as good as the 8+ was, well I guess you won’t be hearing from me for a long time! Thanks Back Market !!!

    I got an iPhone 12 to replace my 13 because it was so much cheaper and I didn’t want to start a new contract with current carrier. The refurbished phone I received was supposed to be unlocked and compatible with current carrier-the SIM card included could not be paired and I had to get new one from carrier. The phone does not hold a charge for long-I have to charge it every night.

    This item is amazing! It arrived in practically perfect condition and also in BackMarket shipping packaging. The battery health was at 86% and for comparison, my brand-new iPhone 14 from June 2023 that I've used the crap out of every day is at 73%. For a refurbished phone, this iPhone 12 has been amazing and my fiancee loves it. I really recommend BackMarket to anyone who's looking to upgrade their phone but not to the newest, latest and greatest - ONLY to the mint/perfect condition ones. I previously purchased a "good" condition iPhone 12 and it shattered/broke completely following ONE simple drop from about 4 or 5 ft high. Definitely only go with the higher quality ones.

    I was really hesitant on getting a refurbished phone, I had my iPhone 8+ for about 7 years and I felt that I couldn't move on. I decided to look into a new device but $1000+ was not where I could go. I looked up Back Market and I found the phone I wanted. WOOOOW! I am impressed. The iPhone 12 is in pristine condition.     Well… it has been the best experience on a refurbished device i ever had the battery came at 100% the device is flawless not even a scratch or a sign of usage, if somebody toldme it was new i will take it for granted, the porcess of the purchase was real fast and even when it says 5 days delivery it was delivered in 2 days due to the good logistics in the backmarket app, also the post sale service is awesome i will buy again as soon as i get paid.     Backmarket has incredible customer service, and once again, they wowed me. This phone is in better condition than anticipated and by buying my own phone, I was able to escape my expensive cell contract and switch to a $15 a month plan that works perfectly for me. What’s more, I got way more than expected in a trade in for my old phone, which was functional but totally smashed. Thank you Backmarket and your amazing network of refurbishers.     I was looking to save money on an iPhone 12, which I think is still a great product, but hard to find quality refurbished and phased out from Apple. Back Market fit exactly what we were looking for - and we bought 2. The devices weren't flawless, but totally acceptable and we throw a case on them anyways.     Purchased an iPhone 12. It was delivered within a couple days, and is in excellent condition. Even the battery health is 100%!! Wow!
