iPhone 12 256GB - Black - Locked Verizon

The phone works like new. Very satisfied with the iPhone 12 I ordered. As far as the trade in, I didn’t realize I needed to give my banking information and last 4 digits of my social security. I am not comfortable providing this information. I wish they could just put the money on the card that I bought the new one with. I have requested the phone mailed back, but have not gotten a response back yet.

Overall, it was a great purchase at an awesome price point. The iphone 12 had minimal scratches and has been working great. It did arrive a bit dirty and had to be cleaned off, but otherwise I had a very good experience. I would highly recommend buying from Back Market.

I think calling the phone refurbished is a bit inaccurate. This seems more like a used phone than one that’s been restored or refurbished. Which is fine with me, I’d rather have a fully functioning used phone with some superficial marks, over one that’s been opened up and had internal pieces changed. With that being said, overall the quality of the phone I received is good, it lines up with the condition marked by the seller (fair condition) and arrived in about 3 days after I ordered. No issues switching sims from my old phone, restoration was easy. Screen and case have a couple of marks and the battery capacity is at 89%. So it drains slightly faster than a new phone but it functions perfectly. I’m happy with the purchase but I can see how it’s a bit of a gamble on the quality of the phone you receive. For me, my experience was good. If I needed another phone I would return here.

The iPhone 12 was ordered Verizon locked and it came unlocked. No big deal, it accepted Verizon activation. The battery is guaranteed to be 85% and ours arrived at 83% capacity. Small things maybe, but different than we expected. I will however say the iPhone was in great physical condition. We ordered "good" condition and it only had a couple paint chips, you had to look very close to see. All in all, my Wife is happy with it, just hope the battery is not an issue

I bought the phone in good condition and was slightly disappointed that there were a few minor scratches on the screen and some major scratching on the back. That aside, the phone was in otherwise great condition and works amazing. The battery health is at 93% and easily lasts me all day. Super happy I was able to save by buying a refurbished phone! Will definitely order from here in the future.

The phone came 3 days earlier than promised and is everything and more than I expected . It looks and performs like a brand new phone! Been using the phone for several weeks and have had no problems. Love it!!
