Great buy! The phone came quickly and in very good condition. It is working as expected, I’m very happy with the phone and its performance. The battery came at 87% availability and it’s performing very well. The phone metal exterior is flawless and a beautiful dark blue. The screen has a few scratches at the top and at the bottom of the screen probably from putting it and taking it out of a phone case. But overall, the screen looks perfect inside the phone case I bought. I’m very satisfied with the phone”s performance, aesthetics, the price, and I’m looking forward to buying an Apple Watch from Backmarket soon.

Purchase was easy, tracking and notifications were great. I wish I would have noticed the student discount before ordering but was in a hurry to order a replacement phone. Since the website doesn't show pictures of the exact item you are receiving, it would be great if they showed real examples of the differences between fair, good, and excellent. I went with lowest price, so I was prepared for scratches. I think the item came is as ordered with small scratches as no surprise, but maybe I would have spent the extra $20 to go from fair to good if I could have seen the visual differences instead of just descriptions between the two. I also went with Back Market due to competitor having 90 day return and warranty vs Back Market having 90 day return and year warranty. Hopefully won't need it, but the peace of mind for a year will be nice.

Definitely more screen scratches than I thought with a Good rating. But the thing that really wasn't great was how dirty and blocked the top speaker was.
