really terrible ! phone has an outstanding balance with the previous provider and because of this , haven't been able to activate it with my carrier. really unhelpful customer service ; going back to gazelle for my refurbished phone needs !

Really disappointed in my experience. Bought a phone described as “Excellent” and there are scuffs all over including the lens, the screen was popping out of the frame, the battery life is less than 90%. I spoke to customer service and they admitted the phone should be considered “fair” condition. They did offer a full refund, which I will take them up on but I don’t really feel compensated for the time and effort it’s been to go through this process, ship the phone back, find another phone etc… customer service rep was very kind and empathetic but seems like they are ultimately powerless to do anything. Probably going to shop around once this return goes through.

iPhone says locked to Verizon, Verizon says it’s not locked to their network so I can’t activate it. Seller is doing nothing about it. Very unhappy will not purchase with them again, please be cautious about buying from this seller or backmarker

Ordered said "Verizon" locked phone. When attempting to enter IEMI information, I; a verizon user, was told by verizon that the IEMI to the phone belonged to a different carrier instead of verizon. Extremely unacceptable from backmarket and the seller.
