I ordered this phone in good condition so I wasn’t expecting perfect but it have visible large dent in the frame. Scratches would be fine but dents are what I expected from a fair condition phone. The screen seemed fine to me initially until I realized it was significantly raised above the frame which ment it was replaced with a cheap screen. I’ve ordered from Back Market many times with no issues but I think this is the refurbisher’s issue.
