iPhone 8 • Locked Verizon

I was a little reticent about buying refurbished, but so far my purchase of a new (to me) phone with gigs and gigs of storage has made a dream come true! I was constantly having to delete files in order to store more. Very happy with this purchase. I'll be baack.

Backmarket exceeded my expectations. A refurbished iPhone 8 that looks like new, works perfectly and arrived to the door of my house in no time. Totally pleased!

I ordered an Iphone 8 and paid for "excellent" condition. I received a phone with only 83% battery life left and after running through all the tests suggested by Back Market online, I am packing it up to send it right back. I'm furious that I wasted my time with this. To do right by me, someone should have offered me one free battery change at the Apple store. Nope. Back Market is just having me send it back. Problem is, I'm without a phone now and I won't trust Back Market again. Nothing went well here, really upset

Poor battery health and a deep scratch on the screen. Not what was advertised. Sent back for service and got a refund instead. This was the first of three unacceptable phones I received from Backmarket over a period of two months. Very disappointed they don’t do a better job vetting their refurbishers.

I received a phone that had a malfunctioning battery. The charge port barely worked, and even after finally getting the battery to begin charging, it took an entire day to charge completely and then the battery drained very rapidly. The phone said battery service was required. I don’t understand how a refurbisher could miss that step, especially since Backmarket “guarantees” an 85% battery health.
