I received a phone with only 83% battery life left and after running through all the tests suggested by Back Market online, I am packing it up to send it right back. I'm furious that I wasted my time with this. To do right by me, someone should have offered me one free battery change at the Apple store. Nope. Back Market is just having me send it back. Problem is, I'm without a phone now and I won't trust Back Market again. Nothing went well here, really upset

I received a phone that had a malfunctioning battery. The charge port barely worked, and even after finally getting the battery to begin charging, it took an entire day to charge completely and then the battery drained very rapidly. The phone said battery service was required. I don’t understand how a refurbisher could miss that step, especially since Backmarket “guarantees” an 85% battery health.
