Well, so first purchase for a replacement iPhone SE 2020 128G, son really liked that model he had, was cheaper to buy refurbished instead of trying to fix the one he had. Quick shipping, product is exactly what was listed, no issues, quickly got his new phone working and one our network with all of his old data and apps on the new phone. I visited the Back Market a zillion times looking at the phones and comparing them to new and reading reviews to see if a reconditioned phones are really worth it. Let me tell you from experience they are. My Daughter needed a quick replacement phone after her screen cracked. This was my first time buying anything refurbished. I was pretty nervous but pleasantly surprised. My order arrived a day early. The phone looked perfect on the outside, no scratches, cracks or dents, it even came with a privacy screen protector. Battery level was at 85% which was better than I expected. My Daughter loves her new phone. She’s only had it a couple weeks and I hope it holds up in the months to come but so far it’s acting normally, no error messages and charging properly. I am very satisfied with this purchase, saved money and helped the environment. Thanks Back Market!

Phone was in good shape, just as promised. Setup was a no-brainer. However, battery seems to drain quite fast, even w. minimal app load. This is not necessarily an issue with BackMarket, of course. But I did then check Battery Health and it is only 85% (same as my 8-year old iPhone). Did not read fine print, but this seems not great, even for a Refurbished phone. What do they refurbish, I wonder?
