    I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase! The phone is as described or better. The screen is like new with no scratches. The battery health is 100% (like new)! All the buttons work. The speaker is good. The bezel has a few small scratches. I couldn't ask for more in a fully functional phone for under $165 with a 6 month battery warranty. The phone is an excellent value.     This iPhone SE 2022 arrived in good aesthetic condition, however it was supposed to arrive ready to use on the Tmobile network, but it has been locked to SPRINT and must undergo an unlocking process to be used with Tmobile. According to one of the many Tmobile reps I have had to speak to over this week long (and still going) process of activation for this iPhone, Tmobile bought Sprint however, the seller was dishonest by stating this is a Tmobile phone because it is not Tmobile ready due to originally being a Sprint phone. Days after the phone arrived it is still unusable for me due to this carrier issue. I wish the seller would have been upfront about it originally being a Sprint phone and that it needs to be unlocked to work on Tmobile. I would avoid purchasing from this Backmarket seller.

    The battery was dead. I sent the phone back with their QR code and they said they received a shoe instead! They said UPS lost my package and they will issue a refund in two days if i can send them a copy of my ID. Now they are asking for my bank statements instead of issuing my refund. They are scammers !!!
