    received the phone and it was locked not unlocked to Verizon locked from Apple and Verizon was unable to do anything about it when going to activate the SIM card. Also paid $30 for next day shipping and received it a week later.

    The item locked once I input a SIM card. Verizon advised me this means the phone was stolen. The had to discontinue my phone number due to fraud issues and I need to get a new phone number now. Not happy.

    Shipping: no worries if it will take a week, but don't label as "free 2-day fedex" and then it arrives 8 days post order. Quality: Ordered "Fair" so expected a blemished boyo, but - well this ones on the fence between "Fair" & "Poor". Works... so far. Charging cable: knock-off, does not maintain connection with phone, aka buzzes every other second from charging to not charging, charging to not charging, charging.... Second Back Market purchase, but less than stellar — might be last.
