iPhone XS 256GB - Space Gray - Locked T-Mobile

The phone shipped quick, in Great Condition. Everything works just fine. 93% Battery Capacity. Happy Camper over here. 🥳

I had problems with the audio within the first two days of receiving the phone. It constantly restart and heats up causing my phone to lag while I’m on calls and certain apps. It also didn’t let me log into my iCloud. The package also came broken. The delivery was ok though.

To summarize I was dissatisfied. Here is why: I paid extra for faster shipping and it still took 5 days (maybe COVID related) Next I paid extra to get a phone rated Mint condition. When the phone arrived all calls were muffled and I could neither hear people very well and they couldnt hear me well. When I pay extra for Mint condition I do not expect to immediately have to take it to a repair shop to get it checked out. It was an easy fix but a hassle and extra expense. While at the repair shop I asked if it was normal for the Xs to get hot and they said it was somewhat normal. I also asked if it was normal for the battery to die quickly. They showed me how to see the battery life percentage on the phone. It showed 84%... Once again not something expected when you pay extra for a Mint condition phone! Overall I feel the condition report was misrepresented and would have returned the phone but did not want to wait another 5 plus days waiting for another phone and spend countless hours re downloading and going to the sprint store just to possibly have a similar experience. I guess that is what I get for buying a used phone... ( Mint condition my a**) I would hate to see what an average condition phone is like!
