Good device

"I'm quite disappointed with my recent purchase from [BM]. I've recommended this company to friends in the past, and they've also made purchases. I'm writing this review over 30 days after receiving the laptop because this issue has been bothering me. I ordered the laptop based on its description as being in excellent condition and a great deal. The price was similar to other fair-condition laptops, so I thought it was a good opportunity. When I received the laptop, I was surprised to find a large dent on the front and a bent flap. While the laptop functions perfectly and is almost brand new, the dent is quite noticeable and makes the laptop look less appealing. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to return the laptop because I had to travel out of the U.S."

Laptop that I got had an issue I sent it back to get it fixed and they couldn't fix it or send me a replacement even though they had more in stock so they sent a refund wasting much of my time for no reason when I needed that laptop urgently
