Worked great for a few days then it wouldn't connect to Wifi but would through Ethernet. It took me a couple of hours to fix it myself. It seems some adapter got installed incorrectly when refurbishing - maybe? I hope no other issues come up.

Computer is fine after installing linux. Starting the pre installed windows 11 OS made it sound like a wannabe rocket engine. Putting a reasonable software system on it made it feel like a functioning machine instead of microsoft spyware. Would be nice if backmarket considered asking end users for choice of OS since you’re going to all the trouble of wiping it fresh and doing a quality check anyway.

The Thinkpad T480 has been great. Great buy. Love that I get to upgrade the RAM. I was also able to replace the internal and external batteries..

Working great and no physical or software faults of note found! The screen seems a bit off colour, but might be user error in settings, if not that I purchased a "fair" condition unit. Overall great, and good deal as well.
