This is the third device I have ordered from BackMarket and I have no complaints. The MacMini I purchased is like new, came in the Apple box, and even had the sticker, but most importantly it worked as expected. I will continue to buy my devices from BackMarket as they have never disappointed.

Computer seems fine so far - but was shipped in a small box with very little crush protection. Foam on top, nothing but cardboard on bottom. Makes me a little nervous about not knowing if this box may have been dropped, or otherwise roughly handled, and if the computer will just give out in a year from a cracked something that isn't obvious right now. If this box had been punctured even just a little bit on the bottom side, it would have been good bye computer.

After a couple weeks everything is working g great!

System was cheaper than any other places I checked. Arrived quickly, appears to be in perfect cosmetic condition. Great performance, exactly what I ordered. Will be buying again.
