The laptop arrived in excellent condition as described if not better than expected because it looked so brand new. I could not find anything that would suggest it was preloved except the box it came in. It came with its original box that was marked with a white sticker and charging cable. I am very glad to get a model I wanted without spending as much and helping the planet at the same time. The refurbishing company definitely puts in the hard work to make preloved laptops in the best usable condition it can be in!

Runs quick and cool. Suits all of my laptop needs. Anything I would require more resources for I use my desktop for anyways. The keyboard felt a little chattery to me but I tested my wife's work macbook and it seems that's just how Apple is making them. Very happy with my purchase.

Generally very happy with this item, except that the f key was sticking from the moment it arrived and I didn't receive the MacSafe charging cable that is standard equipment with this model. Other than that, though, I'm having a good experience.
