The MacBook Pro 16” (M2, 2023) that I received is indistinguishable from a new MacBook. The seller did an excellent job with clean up, provided appropriate charging blocks and cables, and took care to ensure the machine was ready for me to simply connect my Apple ID and make the magic happen. Huge kudos to the seller & BackMarket for brining me a refurbished product that’ll last for years & meet the needs of my business.

The order of my MacBook Pro was easy and it operates just as it should. I am very happy with my new computer, except that the battery capacity is only 86%. It holds a charge all day long, but I am afraid that I will be needing a new battery in a year or so. I guess that is the trade-off when you purchase a refurbished computer.

My order arrived 3 or 4 days earlier than expected - which was a very pleasant surprise. The packaging was very thorough and protective. Although one year old, the computer was in mint condition - no flaws in the finish. My previous MacBook Pro was 6.5 years old and on its last legs - so this was a very welcome purchase. so far I absolutely love this!! it came exactly as described! not a scratch or crack on it.. the only thing I would say is I wish it came with an official apple box/ & I kind of wish for the price point... it would of had a delivery where I would have to sign for it...just for added security lol. but besides that it came very nice. I would order from this company again
