I LOVE ITTTTTT i originally ordered a 2022 macbook pro in ‘excellent’ condition off amazon. huge mistake. not only was it was scratched really bad, but the listing was incorrect. i received a macbook with half the storage than i ordered. i decided to try out backmarket for the first time instead and i will be telling everyone to come here for refurbished, used/older products. this macbook is in perfect condition. PERFECT. not a single scratch, the battery capacity is at 100% and the charging cycles when i received it was at 10. it was used and charged a total of 10 times. what an insane deal. i was shocked when i saw how perfect this thing is. i ordered it in excellent condition and it delivered just as that. it came in the original box with the original charger and charging brick. shipping was fast, placed the order on thursday and it delivered monday. if it wasn’t for the weekend it would of came in 2 days via fedex. customer service responded to be as soon as possible regarding shipping and they even followed up with me to make sure i received the product. if you’re on the fence about ordering from this website do it. you will not regret it.

I ordered a 'premium' condition Macbook Pro, and the whole experience was indeed *premium*. The machine arrived on time and in good shape and turned out to be an Apple refurbished computer with only 7 cycles on the battery and an active AppleCare+ subscription. As far as I can tell it is effectively brand new and all wearable parts never used at all. I couldn't be happier!

So great overall! Bought pretty decent specs and paid way less than a base model m3, m4, or m5 for the same exact performance that’s what I love about MacBook Pro is no matter what year they’re on even if you get a model from three years prior , it’s still going to be top-tier performance all depending on if the specs are right. Bought premium condition, which was the best for me because it came with original apple parts and not replacements. Battery came in brand new condition charge last over 12 hours. My old computer I would go to sleep with it charged and I would wake up with it dead. This computer I charge it to a certain percentage. I wake up, It’s at that same percentage. Bite the bullet and pay a little bit more. It’s definitely an investment and I can tell that I’ll get a good 7 to 10 years out of this computer.

It was plug and play, upgraded from a (trash can) Mac, which will be forever my Darth Vader/ R2D2 child forever, yet this Mac Studio with the M1 chip integrated seamlessly into my set up and allowing me to upgrade to modern times with current software and plugins. I no longer needed an adapter to retro fit my Apollo x8, and I simply swapped that thunderbolt 2 - 3 adapter to my Apple Thunderbolt Display (previously used with the trash can) and voila!

I picked up a refurbished Mac Studio (Late 2022, M1 Max, 32GB RAM / 512GB SSD) and it honestly marked a turning point in my workflow. For context — this isn’t a casual web-browsing machine in my house. This is my production desk. I run video editing, audio work, recording sessions, screen capture, and day-to-day operational planning from this system. I needed something that behaves like an appliance, not a project. Out of the box the condition was better than expected. No cosmetic surprises, clean ports, and it booted like a brand-new Mac. Setup was uneventful — which is exactly what I wanted. A workstation should disappear and let you work. Performance is the real story. The M1 Max completely changed how I edit. Timeline scrubbing in Final Cut is instant, 4K footage doesn’t choke the system, and exporting video is no longer something I schedule my day around. The biggest difference though is consistency — no thermal noise, no random slowdowns, no “let me restart before recording.” I can hit record and trust it. The 32GB unified memory matters more than people realize. I can run video editing, audio processing, browser tabs, and recording software at the same time and the system stays stable. That reliability is what I actually bought. Why refurbished? Because this machine hits a performance tier that would have been financially irrational for me to buy new. Through Back Market I essentially moved into a professional-grade workstation for the price of a mid-range consumer computer. That changes the equation for creators and remote professionals. I didn’t buy a gadget — I bought stability. The Mac Studio became the anchor of my home studio and removed friction from my work. That’s the real value. Well, I wasn't sure how things were going until recently. The device arrived well-packaged and secure. Setting it up and uploading my data went smoothly. And, it has been operating well, as I expected. However, it was also getting unusually hot on occasion, and I wasn't familiar with this on an iMac. I talked to your tech, Diego V. and he assured me that it is normal for the iMac to heat up when doing things like indexing Spotlight. I thought that might be the case. Diego put my worries to rest. So, everything has gone very well with this purchase.
