First off i want to say, this seller and customer service have been really patient with me! I ordered a 2018 macbook pro 15 inch with an intel i9, 32gb of RAM, a Radeon Vega pro 16 GPU, and 512gb of storage, when i first checked the macbook it only showed that it had an integrated intel Uhd integrated graphics. Me thinking it was a mistake i contacted customer service to get a replacement, since i am in school i couldn’t afford to not have a laptop at the time, so i kindly ask them if they can extend the 30 day return window period. They explained everything absolutely well and even worked with me if anything went wrong. The seller gave me a link that i could use to really check the real specs. All this time it was the battery saver that switched between integrated graphics and the dedicated gpu. Apart from that i had the macbook for a week and everything works excellent, literally no scratches or anything on the mac, except one small one in the back that can’t be seen unless you look extremely close. I am absolutely happy with this product and the seller, i will recommend this seller to anybody.
