    The device had a lengthy update to do prior to setup. Without doing the update to watch wouldn't atay connected to my Pixel 10a. After the update smooth sailing, everything is working great. The included extended band was outstanding and fit my sasquatch sized wrist perfectly.

    I received the MacBook sooner than originally expected and it was in good condition, although I paid for fair. The only thing I will say is that the ports were dirty as if they had never been cleaned. I cleaned them, no big deal. I would order from this seller again. I bought a pink case and keyboard to cover for aesthetic reasons, not because there was much visible damage.

    I love my Moto Razr. A little learning curve getting it set up, but that's on me. It's a nice change from my much older Moto and I enjoy a lot of the new features. Thanks to Back Market for offering used/refurbished products that are affordable and reliable. I will recommend them to all of my friends for their electronic needs.

    This refurbished device seems just like new. Wish I'd known about Back Market and how good the Razr was sooner. Only issue I've had is sometimes the audio (music) over Bluetooth get garbled and choppy for about 5-10 seconds occasionally and I haven't figured out why. Other than that, this flip phone seems to have more capabilities than my old Galaxy flip, which I also bought refurbed, but from Best Buy, and it was twice as much as this one! The Galaxy z flip was also more fragile. 2 separate screen issues (both my fault), and the repair tech recommended backmarket along with this phone which he has seen a lot fewer customers have to bring in for repairs. So far so good 👍

    I was so happy with my order from The Phone Cellar. My MacBook Pro was much better than described. It was rated "Fair" in condition but is actually "Amazing" because it looks and performs like a new laptop. I can't see even a tiny blemish on it. It charged, updated and activated perfectly.     Came better than described, for all intents and purposes, I would never have thought the phone was anything less than brand new. Put my SIM in before I turned it on for the 1st time and didn't have to fuss with it at all. The screen is brilliant, and I can't find even tiny signs of wear. Thank you!

    The selection process was extremely easy using the BM web site. The savings is incredible and those using Verizon service can obtain a substantial discount using Visible, owned by Verizon and using Verizon's cell towers. I had a trade in, received a very reasonable offer and the transaction was very easy and smooth. I'd highly recommend BM and plan to use them again in the future!

    I purchased the Google Pixel 8 Pro because I was fed up with issues with the Samsung devices I have had. I previously had Motorola devices and thought Samsung was an upgrade. I couldn't have been more wrong. The Pixel 8 was a huge upgrade and transferring apps and such was nearly effortless. In addition Back Market has the absolute best deals on phones.
