When it first arrived the battery would not charge. I had to keep it plugged in 24/7 to use it, and if i has unplugged it i only had about 2 seconds to plug it back in. After researching about it, it was looking like I was going to have to pay a couple hundred of dollars for Apple to service it. However, I saw the laptop needed an update to a newer version of MacOS and when i updated to Ventura, it solved the issue & the battery began charging. The laptop has worked great for me since, very fast, perfect screen, almost flawless. The only issue with it is that the touch bar glitches sometimes but thats all & its not affecting performance. I will definitely buy from back market again.
