    I received my MacBook Pro quickly and in an excellent condition, as promised in the description. The Magsafe adapter looks new and also the battery only had 1 cycle. I’ve been working with my MacBook Pro for some days and it runs perfectly. I easily could transfer a Time Machine backup and restored my old work flow. I’m very satisfied with this product and the service of BackMarket. For me it’s totally worth it to look for a refurbished MacBook and again BackMarket delivered. The customer service is outstanding.     My experience was great. For the first 2 weeks, I had some trouble with my MacBook Pro shutting down and restarting repeatedly. I researched and found that it might be an app that might not be compatible. I removed the last app that I had installed, This resolved the problem. Since then everything has been working perfectly. The device itself was in good condition when received and looks almost new except for a few minor scratches. Other than that, no problem. This is my second device from Back Market and would recommend.

    I am enjoying the MacBook. Everything works and have not had any issues with it. It came packaged really well and the directions it came with were easy to follow. The Mac runs fast and works perfectly with Creative Cloud Apps. It’s fast and graphics are amazing. I am still trying to get used to the Mac since I have used a windows laptop all my life. Happy with the appearance of the Mac. It has a few scratches on the cover that are not a big deal to me. Everything else is flawless in it. I would recommend BackMarket to anyone looking for a used Mac. You cannot beat these prices. Amazon sure couldn’t.
