    The condition I paid for was EXCELLENT, but I received a "Very Good" item with several scratches on the surface, completely dirty inside and out, and in a cardboard box without any protection or air bubbles, nothing, so, yes, the MacBook works fine, but it's disappointing that BackMarket has charged a fee that ensures the quality of the products shipped and, As far as I can tell, it's a lie. I don't have time to return it and wait for an "excellent" replacement somewhere... There's a good chance I'll end up getting a refund, but I can't wait. I'll think twice before buying another computer from this seller (All out apple) at least.
