I liked the laptop and its size but I bought in excellent condition and the keyboard backlight didn’t even work at all. There was nothing I could do in the settings to turn it on it was an external issue that I couldn’t fix myself so I had to return it and my classes start soon and I still don’t have a laptop to use because I have to wait to hear anything back.

The packaging was good. On the website I triple checked that I ordered the “excellent condition” option and they shipped a “very good” option that has divots out of the edges of the screen lid. It came with Monterey installed which isn’t the most recent update. Makes me wonder what else isn’t up to spec with this laptop. Overall, fast shipping and good price but the wrong product was delivered and out of date. I’m a bit dissatisfied because I put a lot of thought and research into this purchase and it feels like the company who refurbed it didn’t take the time to make sure I got the right item and just shipped whatever they needed to offload on their shelves. Recommendation, check the reviews of the company doing the work.
